Make Your Listings Shine: A Guide to Getting Booked

You already know your business. This guide is just about how to translate what you offer into clear, non-customizable listings that are easy for families to say yes to!

Group similar offerings into clear packages

Rather than creating several listings that only differ slightly in time or quantity, it usually works best to group similar offerings into one clear package or hourly service. For example, instead of separate listings for a 1-hour, 2-hour, and 3-hour bounce house rental, one listing with selectable time options is often easier for customers to understand and book.

Include the details families are looking for

Clear listings tend to include things like:

  • Number of guests the service comfortably accommodates
  • Flavor, color, theme, or style options
  • Space needed for setup
  • What's included versus what's an add-on

A helpful way to think about it: if a parent is comparing five listings at once, what would help yours stand out and be understood in a few seconds?

When a custom listing makes sense

If a customer requests something outside your standard listings, you're welcome to create a custom listing for that specific request. If your business relies on a lot of customization, we're happy to work with you to get those custom listings approved and published so pricing and expectations stay clear for everyone.

We're here if you want a second opinion

All listings are one-click and non-customizable by the customer, so the way you curate them matters. If you'd like help thinking through your listings, from pricing to photos to how to structure packages, just reach out. We enjoy this part!!
